Enfield Council election, 1998

The 1998 Enfield Council election took place on 7 May 1998 to elect members of Enfield London Borough Council in London, England. The whole council was up for election and the Labour party stayed in overall control of the council.[1]

Election result

At the same as the election Enfield saw 67.2% vote in favour of the 1998 Greater London Authority referendum and 32.8% against, on a 32.8% turnout.[2] Overall turnout at the election was 33.26%.[3]
